1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers:

• Stripe: Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported wallet methods
• Bank Transfers: ACH, SEPA, and wire transfers via supported banking partners (e.g., Mercury, Chase, Revolut, Santander, or equivalent institutions)
• Invoices: Payable via approved methods outlined on the invoice
• Other Methods: Available only by prior written agreement

All payments must be made in the currency and method specified on the invoice or service agreement.

2. Payment Timing

• One-time services: Full payment upfront or split payments (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion, if agreed in advance)
• Recurring services: Automatically billed on the agreed billing cycle via Stripe or approved payment provider
• Invoices: Due within 15–30 days, as specified on the invoice

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

3. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date:

• Services may be paused or suspended
• Access to deliverables may be restricted
• A late fee may be applied where applicable and permitted by agreement

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Payment Security

We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors to handle all transactions:

• Stripe: All card payments are processed securely through Stripe’s PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure
• Bank Transfers: Processed through regulated financial institutions and banking networks
• Data Protection: We do not store full credit or debit card details on our servers

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Igor Logistics Consulting LLC directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Unresolved or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension or termination of services
• Restricted access to deliverables
• Recovery actions where legally applicable
