Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Igor Logistics Consulting LLC, we provide professional logistics consulting and digital advisory services. Due to the nature of our work which involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

Clients may request a full refund only if no work has commenced.

Work is considered started once any of the following has occurred:

• Research or analysis has begun
• Strategy development or planning has started
• Client meetings or consultations have taken place
• Any digital or written deliverables are being prepared

If no work has started, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refunds After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and resources allocated to the project.

This includes partially completed work or ongoing consulting engagements.

3. Digital Deliverables

All delivered materials, including reports, strategies, frameworks, or documentation, are non-refundable once provided or accessed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule consulting sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may be charged in full
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

5. Service Quality Concerns

If a client is not satisfied with any aspect of the service, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery or the relevant session.

We will review the concern in good faith and may offer clarification, adjustments, or reasonable revisions where appropriate.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Igor Logistics Consulting LLC directly before initiating any payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Termination of access to deliverables
• Legal or collection action where necessary

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
