Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery. Igor Logistics Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays or performance issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect client inputs.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are accepted via Stripe (card payments and invoices), Mercury and Chase (bank transfers and invoices), or other mutually agreed methods. All fees are due as specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension or delay of services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website or provided upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables remain the property of Igor Logistics Consulting LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as agreed in the service contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services in good faith and based on professional expertise. Igor Logistics Consulting LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
